What is the condition and authenticity of your pre-loved jewellery?
Our pre-loved jewellery is fully inspected prior to resale. We check for quality and authenticity. We believe in full transparency, and if any of our unique jewellery pieces have any signs of being well-loved, this will be disclosed within the description of the item.
How do I know the jewellery is genuine?
Every piece at Victoria Anne Jewellery undergoes a rigorous inspection by our experts to verify its authenticity and quality. We guarantee all our items are made from precious metals as described.
Can I request more photos or information about a specific piece?
Absolutely! We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please contact us with the item's details, and we'll gladly provide additional images or information to help you decide.
Do you clean or restore the jewellery before selling it?
Each piece is carefully cleaned and, where necessary, sympathetically restored to highlight its beauty while preserving its original character. We aim for the highest presentation without compromising authenticity.
What about placing an order, payment, delivery, or returns?
Once your item is ordered, we will endeavour to get it posted the same day. We will send it securely and in packaging that doesn't appear obvious to contain jewellery for your discretion and peace of mind.

Here at Victoria Anne, we like to try to offer an item suitable for any taste, from antique to modern. We only sell items made from precious metals such as silver and gold. The items we sell will never be plated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Victoria Anne Jewellery accepts a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit and debit cards via Mollie payment. All transactions are processed safely to protect your details. We will never deal directly using unsecured methods. No one at Victoria Anne will ever contact you asking you to transfer any money directly. All purchases should be made through our website for your and our safety.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or I need to return it?
We take great care in packaging our items. However, if your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. For returns, please review our comprehensive return policy on our website, or get in touch within 2 days of receipt for assistance. Any longer then 2 days we cannot accept responsibility for any damage as we would require proof immediately on receipt. We would also require you to take photographic evidence of the packaging and how it arrived. A full description of the Damage with photos. This is to help us determine where any damage may have occurred.
If an item is deemed to have been damaged in transit Victoria Anne will accept responsibility for the cost of this return.
If you change your mind about your purchase you have 5 days to notify us. Once we have accepted the return please return the item in secure packaging. Return postage would be the responsibility of the customer and must to returned via a secure and trusted courier. Without safe receipt of the returned item a refund cannot be processed.
If any adjustments have been made to the item and it is not in its original state a refund cannot be issued.
